My directory under unix is open for everyone. Every one has the read
permission. If someone copy my file to his directory, is there any way that I
can know about it? Whether the system administor has the backup of the "
commands history" for everybody so I can check? Thanks a lot!

I don't think so, why don't u change permission setting?
