F1返签，申请加急。我写的理由是7 月有学术会议，但是因为有紧急事务，不得不在6
月初回国，而当时只能约到8月的签证面谈。结果使馆回信拒绝。
We regret that we are unable to accommodate your request for an expedited
appointment. Due to an extremely high demand for interviews, we cannot, at
present, approve any expedited appointment request for non-emergency travel,
including business and tourism.
However we continue to add interview appointments whenever we can find
additional capacity, including interviews for coming Saturdays. The best
advice is to contact the US
