夫妻都是F1, nonresident alien, 在IRS上看到这么一段话，
“A nonresident alien generally cannot file as married filing jointly.
However, a nonresident alien who is married to a U.S. citizen or resident
can choose to be treated as a resident and file a joint return on Form 1040,
Form 1040A, or Form 1040EZ. For information on these choices, see chapter 1
. If you do not make the choice to file jointly, file Form 1040NR or Form
1040NR-EZ and use the Tax Table column or the Tax Computation Worksheet for
married individuals filing separately. ”
是说只能选择married filing seperately ? 没有经验，大家帮忙确认一下，谢谢

7月31日E-File了H4。
现在在准备材料，请大家看看材料全不全
1. LD 129
2. LD 797 & I-94
3. LD recent paystub
4. 我的129
5. LD 797 & I-94
6. 我的recent paystub （Period ending: 07-27-2010, pay date: 07-30-2010)
还需要我和LD的护照吗？我的最后一张paycheck 应该是今天的截止日期，公司也没能
说清楚我最后一张paycheck什么时候能到我手上。我是需要等最后一张paycheck再寄材
料还是现在寄？
