technology, funded by an industry sponsor.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the field of MEMS or microfabrication
related areas.
The candidate should have extensive MEMS design and cleanroom fabrication
experience. Required skills include photolithography, sputter deposition,
evaporator deposition, dry and wet etching, wafer to wafer bonding,
fabrication with soft materials (e.g. Parylene).
