DOS在线申请中，有一项，问配偶是否j1，If Yes, he or she must apply separately
for a waiver. If your spouse has applied for a waiver, please enter
information about their J waiver case below.
我和ld都是j1，都没有waiver呢，现在正在申请我的waiver，可是目前ld还没有case
number。但是，不填case number就不让到下一步。
怎么办？填no肯定不行，填yes，就必须case number。这怎么办啊？

现在是J1签证，签证早就过期，DS表8月底到期，想申请签证去德国旅游？不知是否
可行？美国签证已经过期，凭DS2019表能回美国吗？多谢！
