各位好，
本人13年1-10月是OPT，10月之后是H1B，13年8月在美国呆满5年。现在用1040+8843
claim treaty。
但是8843里line 12问：
Were you present in the United States as a teacher, trainee, or student for
any part of more than 5 calendar years?
If you checked the “Yes” box on line 12, you must provide sufficient facts
on an attached statement to establish that you do not intend to reside
permanently in the United States。
应该填yes吧，不过这个facts要怎么弄呢？吐槽下，这问题真脑残。

本来公司已经file了H4了。由于lp回国，律师说已经file的H4算放弃了。等她回来需要
另外重新file H4，file的费用290，律师收服务费总共要800多。这个需要自己付。现在我们都是opt，我想问自己可以file H4吗？还是律师file比较容易approved?

用8833,不是8843.
