我现在刚刚递交了H1B 快速申请，所以15天之内就会下来。现在有以下问题：
1。我现在可以打电话预约签证吗？因为我想11月底就想赶回国，而且回国第二天就去
签证。
2。如果我在Ｈ1B审批之前必须赶回去，我可以等Ｈ1B下来后，让公司给我寄到国内，
再去领事馆申请回美签证吗？我现在以ＯＰＴ身份在公司上班。
