就是要订一些杂志的钱
但是offer说了可以随时cancel，就是不知道是否容易cancel
有人用过吗？

小弟我换工作中，6月3号晚接受offer，6月4日递交了所有材料，开始流程。
6月4日到6月7日新公司开始background check，confirm了我的材料。
律师团队在6月10日才为我办H1B transfer。律师说最快需要2星期准备（premium）H1b
transfer的文件（其中一步是LCA，需要政府部门批准，需要至少1星期），然后USCIS
需要15天才能批准申请。他们告诉我H1B transfer的材料需要6月24到28日才能准备好
，submit到移民局。但是我前公司在17日withdraw我的H1B petition.
我在美身份将会有7天到11天的gap。
听我新公司的律师说，以她最近几个月的经验，我这个case极有可能（95%）需要出境
签证(拿H1B visa重新入境）。
所以最近我尝试去加拿大领事馆签证，但是巧遇加拿大领事馆签证官罢工，可能需要放
弃去加拿大签证。
我新工作地方在Seattle，请问各位有经验的大侠：
有什么好的解决办法？
墨西哥签证？中国签证（麻烦，有点劳民伤财）？
向律师问什么问题？律师可以在哪些方面帮到我?.....

PP this new H1 transfer and wait for the decision. If USCIS does not grant
your EOS (no I-94 in the approval notice) you will then travel to China for
a H1 visa interview. So you can not let the new H1 petition pending for the
normal 3+ months because there is a risk EOS will be denied (given your old
H1 revoke date was before your new H1 received date), and VO in China can
give you a hard time if you stay in US past the old H1 revoke date for
months.

谢谢你的提醒：如果没有得到EOS，不能在美国待太久，需要回国拿签证。
我上次入美国是用F1 visa，现在过期了；之后我在美国毕业，有H1b工作，换工作，新
的H1b材料的递交和旧的过期日有gap。
我的律师告诉我，95%需要出境签证，拿新的H1b visa入境。（有没有人，有gap，但是
不需要出境的？）
新工作在seattle，
想去加拿大签证，现在看到最快的网上签证，也需要一个月。
如果去墨西哥签，看到如下消息
Who Cannot Apply in Mexico:

seeking to re-enter the U.S. in a different visa category.
请问有没有人，去墨西哥签证，旧的visa是F1 （非H1b),申请的是H1b visa 入境？

4. Appear at the Consulate.
在美国驻墨西哥Tijuana领事馆，不交钱看不到可以约到哪天。问题是：
墨西哥tijuana需要提前多少天约？
fingerprint collection and photo capture 和面签可能约在同一天吗？是中间有
几天的gap？
