最近给父母办B2签证，填DS160表的时候最后一步上传照片出错， 发现以下错误信息

我也是，一开始以为电脑问题，换了电脑还是一样。看来今天填不了了。

发现照片可以上传，但是传完点击下一步之后，又报错

要么是上传图片有错误,要么是最后提交的时候有错误

刚刚打了广州领馆非移民签证服务电话， 小妹说没有听说过网站有问题，说网站是由
美方维护的，他们没有收到任何网站问题的报告。

多谢告知，本来是renew的，最后怎么没有Drop Box Confirmation Letter？
