本人美国绿卡，可以申请公民了，准备和国内的女朋友结婚。希望让女朋友旅游签证来
美注册结婚。
问题如下，谢谢解答
1.女方需要准备什么材料来美结婚？
2.那个途径能让老婆尽快拿到绿卡身份？是本人先申请公民再与女朋友结婚好，还是无
所谓，

come as B2, wait 3 months to 6 months and marry you. Her B2 I-94 will
expire in 6 months. It's better you get citizship and file I-130+I485 for
her before she status expires.. Otherwise, she will stay "black" and you
file I-130+I485 for her after you become USC. But in latter case, she
should be careful not to get caught and put into removal proceeding.
If she has family in China that can help her with birth certificate, etc.
It's better they mail it months after she arrives. But if that's not an
option, she has to bring documents with her.
