我靠，最近才发现被坑爹了，从去年开始在中东某国做博士后，当时老板派我去美国短
期访问一个月，用的是j1签证，其中内容如下：
1:Legal permanent residence country: China.
2:Position code: 213
3:Position: university teaching staff including
4: program sponsor: The university of texas at austin.
exchange visitor program number: p-1-00739
5: participating program official description:
professor;research scholar; specialist; student associate;student bachelors;
student doctorate;student intern;student masters; student non-degree.
6: form covers period: 07-15-2013---->08-15-2013.
7:exchange visitor category: short-term scholar.
8: during the period covered by this form, the total estimated financial
support is to be provided to the exchange visitor by:
中东某学校：¥4999.00
9:subject to two year residence requirement based on:
(a) goverment financing
一个月之后回到中东该校继续博士后，到现在才1年，预计明年4月1日提交h1b申请，需
要豁免吗？考虑到明年即使h1b申请获批，最多也只能明年10月1日之后才能工作（到明
年10月1日的时候在该国已经呆够2年了），这种情况还需要豁免吗？
我靠，这种情况能申请豁免吗？我应该去中国使馆豁免还是中东某国使馆豁免呀？这也
太坑爹了，现在需要申请h1b签证去美国工作，不久也许考虑办绿卡，看来这豁免害死
人呀。
