我下次回去可以免面签，就递交材料，那这个免面签 拿到的VISA 就是可以5年了，如
果I20足够长的话。

However, I remember the longest duration of I20 I had was 36m, then renewed
year by year. I don't know whether some universities issue 60+ m I20 at the
very beginning.

不可能都给五年 是最多五年

你确定么？如果中国的改成5年，我个人觉得有效期应该和这个差不多吧
等过两天看看MS student的签证应该就清楚了

Remember student visa is only valid as long as you are a full time student..
for example if you get F-1 visa for 5 years that doesn't mean you can stay
in USA after completing studies. After completing MS (1.5 -3 years) you
might have to get a OPT or other US visa (to be in legal status)
