化学专业，
HR写信过来说周五能不能Phone Interview，我说行。
第一个Phone Interview，没有经验，大家说说都会问什么？

这是第一次给父母办b1/b2，我同时签h1。在领事馆一起排的队，所以虽然父母材料中
没提到我，但签证官知道我们是一起的。我父亲还在工作，护照上有其他国家的签证，
没有什么问题就通过了。母亲今年刚退休，曾持因公护照来美，但因私护照上没有出境
记录。签证官要求补交英文个人简历。材料交给中信银行后，三天后接到电话，要求母
亲再次去领事馆面签。
请问有没有人遇到过类似情况？想请教应该怎么准备第二次面签的材料呢？不胜感激！

first find out who will give you the phone interview, HR? hiring manager? if
hiring manager, most likely will be technical questions plus some behavior
questions.

Usually:
What's your working status and when can you start to work
Introduce yourself
Give me 3 reasons we should hire you
What does "CEPM" stand for in chemistry...
