H1B工作签回国后，再申请H1B是否需要抽签# Visa - 签证

如题，我2013年2月份拿到H1B工作签，三年有效期。2015年8月辞掉美国工作回国。现
在又要回美国工作，需要申请H1B。我在申请表I-129上看到如下这句话：
The beneficiary of this petition has been counted against the cap and: (1)
was previously granted status as an H-1B nonimmigrant in the past 6 years, (
2) is applying from abroad to reclaim the remaining portion of the 6 years,
or (3) is seeking an extension beyond the 6-year limitation based upon
sections 104(c) or 106(a) of the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-
First Century Act (AC21).
我这种情况应该不需要抽签了吧？请各位大侠帮忙确认一下。谢谢。
