初来美国一年，不懂美国文化，犯下一些错误，请各位同胞给我指导和支持！
事情经过：
我在Harvard Extension School的Institute for English Language Programs 上上课
。每周两次，周二和周四各一次。
此课程开始于上上周（9月13日），本周是第二周，我于昨天（周四）已经上了四次课
。每次课后，老师都叫三个同学留下，单独(一个学生和老师谈话，另外两个学生在教
室外面等着。）征询意见。昨天轮到我提意见。我真心诚意的准备了几个建议。
1， Would you please make our class more efficiently?
He asked,"What do you mean?"
I said, "For example, you call the roll（点名） in the beginning of our
class. It takes our ten minutes for 12 students. If we can finish it earlier
, that should be more efficient."
The instructor said,"What else?"
I said, "I want to have a sincerely speaking with you if I can. "
He said, "Go ahead."
I said gently, "Mr. ##, did you do a lot of preparation about our English
class?" (中文意思是：老师，请问您备课了吗？）
He was very angry and said, "I can't accept you. I will change you to
another class. Don't you know how I can sit here? I can be a Harvard Teacher
, that must have the reason. You shouldn't judge me. I don't accept you!..."
I was angry too. I asked, "So, which class shall I go next time？"
....
He shouted out, "Get out of the room! Get out of the room!!!..."
When he yelled me, the two other students came in and heard that.
One of them is a Chinese lady. She was shocked and angry with the teacher
like me. Then we went to the office to ask which class I should go next time
.
The office manager said,"We can't change you to another class because the
time is past." （学校规定，只有第一周才能换课。）
My classmate, the Chinese lady said, "The teacher doesn't want to her
anymore. He wanted her out. I think the teacher is too rude, he shouldn't
yell the student who gave him suggestions."
The office manager said, "He can't do that. The instructor does not have the
right to change any student to another class without the Dean's agree.
Please write an email to your instructor to make an appointment with the
Dean. You, your instructor and the Dean will talk together. But now the Dean
is on vacation. Next Tuesday, you should go to the class."
I said I was extremely upset and shocked at the outburst of the teacher. I
cannot continue with his class after such an episode but I wish to pursue
this matter with the Dean or her representative before next Tuesday，
September 27th., which will be my next class. I also wrote an email to the
office manager this morning.
Today, the office manager still insisted she can't change me to another
class. I should wait for the Dean's return.
I still said, I am scared and I can't.
整个事情经过就是这样的。昨天中午事情发生后到现在，我几乎一直处于惊愕之中！我
也尽量保持冷静去处理这件事情。
我是一个弱女子，也是一个来美国求学的中国人。我的老师是个高大的African
American. 也许我提建议时英语用词不妥，表达不清，冒犯了那个老师。但是，
1，我无法接受一个男老师对一个女学生那么粗暴的咆哮，让学生滚出去，仅仅是因为
学生给他提了尖锐的意见。
2，同时，我也不能理解，The Institute for English Language Programs of
Harvard Extension School. 当Dean不在的时候，没有第二个人出来处理这种特殊的
Case。在美国，总统不在，有副总统，副总统不在还有众议院的领导。
我先生是一个很平和的学者，他主张我退学，就算浪费900美元。他不希望我再面对这
个粗鲁的老师，他也不希望我把时间浪费在这件小事上。因为我还在上另外一个学位课
程，时间非常紧张；我先生时间也很紧张。
我内心的想法是：我没有犯原则性错误！有原则性错误的是老师，为何在我受到老师的
咆哮后 1，要失去学习的机会。 2，损失几百美元？ 这违背了我的行为准则，也违背
了我的内心。我，虽然是一个弱女子，虽然是一个外国人，虽然不富有，虽然英语还不
好，但是，我有权利要求Harvard 给我一个明确有效的交代！我相信无论在哪里，都是
有公理的，不论是在中国还是美国，不论是白人还是黑人，不论是Harvard 还是其他地
方。我承认，我的学习很紧张，我把长发都剪成了短发。但是，学习的最终目的是什么？
我在此请教各位同胞，尤其是从事法律工作的朋友，我该怎么做？
