这学期需要自己付学费，没钱只好向信用卡借。
问题比较多，不好意思。标题是问题1.
2.哪个信用卡给的额度比较高？
3.我已经向自己的citi卡借了 $7500。不知道如果申请到第二张citi的
话还可以BT吗？
4.有没有机构可以提供国际学生贷款？我问过的都需要有美国公民/绿卡人士作为co-signer.是不是没有不需要co-signer的贷款？

当然可以。citi有3%的fee.
