For Chinese customer simplely put this way:
tell the waitress before you touch the chair:
Option a: I just need basic service; Bring me my Drink (water) and then I
will clean up my mess: you pay <=5%
Option b: Sternly facing the waitress, Plz do a good job and treat Chinese
fair, I will pay based on your service: 10-25% and it varies
Option c: Smile and tell: I like this restaurant and plz introduce me about
the speciality of the cousin
at the end, enjoy it!

Treat everyone fair and with Respect, customer or waitress; otherwise, shame
on you

中国人不是不给小费，给的不服气，不情愿，结果是给不足，一样被人骂。基本上同服
务的好坏没多大关系。服务太热情，就说你老烦着他，很难伺候。小费好的人未必有钱
，但是要求不多，很好伺候，为人不错。

希望打仗，你这种逼样基因死多点，日本人下手也好，美国人下手也好，这个中华民族

Restaurant puts a pre-note on the table on levels of services each table
requested by each customer; it is a kind of gentleman agreement
