my two cents:
stay away from the trouble - if he makes troubles to you.
in the meantime, try not to make troubles with others by not questioning
their work, inquiring what they are doing and providing un-wanted advice or
services.

不要试图去改变他人。
抬杠是他的性格，除非你是能掌握他生杀大权的老板，否则这样的人不会因为你点破不

抬杠不只是爱argue，还有「没理犟三分」的含义。如果双方都有理有据，就不是抬杠
。

你要真认为他没理，你就不会说他抬杠了。
抬杠行为的定义应该是“为了辩论而辩论”（argue for the sake of arguement)

of arguing. You don't even know what the issue is. 或者 He is annoying,

的词：He is very eristic.
