我的观点是批判复旦大学物理系，同时还是要鼓励捐款给康女士。国内人不了美国生活
的困难，觉得康女士有房子，人身保险，国内人的算法是康女士有百万美元的家产。但
是，他们不了解，那都是小钱，康女士和孩子们的医疗保险可能都没有了，美国人生
活的的艰辛，国人是不会理解的。不过，话说回来，到国内向美国家庭募捐，那是太过
分了，不道德。

Medicaid 是给低收入的人的，有收入和存款限制的

SS benefits 那也是给保障基本生活的，接相当于国内的低保。国人理解为比中位的收
入都要高，简直就是瞎扯淡。

就那人身保险来说，那业是自己买了几倍的年收入，才能拿到多少。国人直接就是3倍
。国人不理解：人身保险也是自己以前的投资。。。

think about a mom with 3 little kids. it is going to be very difficult
without an incoome job. I am all for the donating

他们有将近40万美元人生保险赔付，每年花3万，能花10多年。
有多少美国家庭能够达到月收入$4700 + 40万美元现金银行存款？
难道40万不能动，先要募集捐款来花？

加州大学是对家庭收入8万以下的学生免学费。
更困难的学生，学校发教材费，住宿费和交通费。

but this is totally off your mind. Where does this $400,000 come from? You
think it must be from the life insurance [art? but it is not a sure thing.
The amount of the life insurance paid out depends on how much you invested
in the past. Some people didn't choose this high amount premium of life
insurance, then they will not get this much money. However, for a family of
5, I believe they should have gt some amount of life insurance pay. You
never know how much...

这是qualcom出钱买给职工的福利。三倍工资的人生保险。不是自己出钱的。

not in you dreams. most companies only cover a half of your yearly salary
and you decide on youy needs on the remaining part up to a certain amount
