This is to report SUN (last name) SHIYAN (first name), who is the suspect of
a heinous poisoning crime in China and who has entered the U.S. using a
forged ID and has suspected money laundering. I strongly appeal your
department to initiate a thorough investigation against SUN SHIYAN or launch
a joint assault with CIS/ICE/IRS/PSHSB/CBP, and local Police Department.
To elude potential judicial penalty and to transfer huge assets, SUN used a
forged ID to acquire a visa and entered the US in 2006. Sun’s husband XIE (
last name) FEIYU (first name) holds an American citizenship and has assisted
Sun in obtaining visa to enter US. The couple is now living in
Massachusetts. Possible address is 119 Emerson Gardens, Lexington MA 02420.
Sun’s two different Chinese ID cards are as followed:
Current fake ID: NAME - SUN, SHIYAN; ID number: 110102197310122405
Original real ID: NAME - SUN, WEI; ID number: 110102197308202342
The victim is called Zhu Ling, a highly-accomplished and multifaceted-gifted
sophomore majoring in physical chemistry at Tsinghua University in 1995.
She was poisoned gradually or at least twice in heavy fatal dose with
thallium, a highly toxic substance. Thanks to diagnoses made through the
nascent Internet, the antidote was delivered later in her medical rescue to
keep Zhu alive, but her life was destroyed by permanent paralysis and
amentia.
Sun Shiyan, former real name Sun Wei, was Zhu’s roommate and the only named
suspect in the case, but despite a belated investigation in 1997 and 19-
year long appeal by Zhu’s family, this case still remains unresolved. Sun’
s family of high political distinction was believed to have manipulated its
political power, intimidation and bribery to destroy material evidences,
influence related people and organizations, thwart immediate proper medical
rescue and obstruct judicial practice. Although enormous evidences point
solely to Sun, Sun remains undeclared and at large.
Sun has counterfeited and used fraudulent documents and IDs to circumvent
immigration laws to enter US, and remains a highly dangerous individual with
potential to pose future threat to America’s society safety and homeland
security. America relies heavily on your organization to stand guard and
take action against such identity fraud, money laundering and terrorism
activity. Please initiate a thorough investigation against SUN SHIYAN,
deprive her visa and avoid her abscondence and repatriate SUN back to China.
