我看了一下FBI关于恐怖袭击的定义：The FBI defines terrorism as “the unlawful
use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or
coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof in
furtherance of political or social objectives.”
Aurora shooting和Boston explosion都是美国人自己制造的，而且同样都没有传出案
犯有什么政治诉求，那么为何一个定义为恐怖袭击，一个不是呢？
