身为导师，最重要的是授人以渔，现在的老中导师，惟利是图，居心叵测，表面上老好
人，背地里阳谋阴谋，再读下去，自尊，自信全没了，还做什么科研，不就是造假吗？
为了几篇 paper,累死累活的作假，有意思吗？读博没学会别的，就学会耍诈了，斗心
眼了，自私自利了，老中这么做，到头来搬起石头砸自己的脚，只看眼前利益，这种水
平，只能做奴隶。
我再也不读了，我要quit,生物，我对你又爱又恨，但我不能在这样活下去了!
有谁能帮我转到生物版，谢谢！！！

如此育人，还不是害人，如果包容，有一天自己也会吃到苦果的！凡是都考虑眼前，距
离大的灾难也不远了！

做科研，就是骗funding，编paper，混饭吃，美国人也一样。以前的理想啊啥的，经过
PHD的training后，都磨没了。

一看你就是个faculty, 或是学术派的，什么是solid，公说公有理，婆说婆有理，到
底谁有理？谁拳头硬谁有理！
学术界不像商业，你们坑蒙拐骗不犯法，你们也就在学术圈得瑟得瑟，你出去到商界，
政界混混试试。
法律是solid的吗？自欺欺人吧，作为导师，不要忘了自己的良知，学生博士后不是你
的奴隶，你养家糊口的工具！你有本事，出去赚大钱去，想尽千方百计压迫学生来讨好
美帝，最后是搬起石头砸自己的脚！

最后说一句，科研最重要的利器是什么，是通过创新，严谨的推理计算提高生产力的发
展，我们国家已经落后挨打了这么长时间，你们这些做科研的到底仔细想想为什么了没
！你们为了追求文章，影响因子，混口饭吃，压制学生，博士后，为什么？因为你们还
是处在封建社会的思想体系下！产生出等级观念，根本没有考虑过长远发展，中国这个
样子，再过200年也赶不上欧美！！！
一个民族重要的文化，科技不是一天建立起来的，你们这样做，鼠目寸光，好好想想
吧！

这个你管不了的,现在风气就是这样,不管是中国还是美国,百分之70的博士和你有类似

没有这个必要，核心机密技术要掌握到自己手里，以后生存吃饭都靠这个了，科研真正
产生的利益不是做科研的奴隶们能看到的！

you can expose whatever you want. especially for academic research. if
nobody report, no body will know. if you don't say anything, you are not so
different from your boss.

You reflect you are a faculty. The faculty decided to go this way when they
applied for this position, so I believe they have their idea how to handle
the situation. If not, they fool themselves at the begining.
If you are a faculty, you are a smart man. Just jump out from the small
world from time to time, and think what kind of life you really want. There
is nothing can trap you, but your own mind. You know, this world is far more
complex that the so-called scientific world. We not only need the
scientific research, we also need to know the market, the people. If we stay
too long in academic, we will become far far away from the big world.
Yes, most people can not become Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, but at least, you
may be much more powerful than what you are right now if you try to do
something others dare not to do.
