my husband just got E3 visa stamp and will enter U.S as E3, he needs to give
notice to current employer (under H1B), anyone knows how long can he still
work for current employer before leave for new employer(new E3 visa)? he
only need less than 10 days. We assume there should be transfer period
between 2 working visa switch? by the way, the h1b petition is not expired
until 2018
