心里很难过

上周四有了一个电面，面试的人是director。他直接跟我要了两封推荐信 --- 一封从
现在的老板，一封从以前学校里的一个老板W（对他的课题感兴趣）。现在的老板昨天
把信email了。W不愿给我写，他说我和他工作的时间太短。说实话我知道自己做得不好
。我就告诉那个director，W在外地（确实）而且最近很忙（MD and Ph.D.)。
Director周五回信说“Dear xxxxx,
Thanks, not a problem. I will be in touch next week. Dr.xxxxx” 过了一会儿
，W回信说他可以写。我不知道该怎么办，就告诉他Director的回信。W问我要不要他写
。我问他的advice。
星期天W跟我要现在老板的contact information。我想他担心我现在也没有进步。W是
一个非常nice的人。
Director还没有联系我。找工作很折磨人。我又失眠了。一天只能睡3-5个小时。

Take it easy. 谋事在人，成事在天嘛。建议楼主该做的事情做完了以后就不要去多想
了，出去锻炼身体，逛街，啥都行。。。
求职的过程中最重要的一点是要对自己有信心，这个东西人家面试你的时候可以感觉出
来的。很多中国人别人还没拒他呢，自己先把自己给拒了，觉得自己这也不行那也不行
的，这让人家怎么要你啊。

这不挺好的么，两封信都有着落了，你难过啥呢？

I think it is because we just had a small group meeting for a project I am
working on and one of my coworkers is so mean.
I know exactly why I am losing my current job.
I could be very miserable if I cannot find a job by 6/21. They know it and
they are doing this to me. I know what is going on.
The director is still not contacting me :(
I am so worried.

现在这个工作不要愁，反正你都要离开了，好好准备手头的面试。如果你老板真知道你
的难处还要轰你走，推荐信倒会写得不错，因为一般人有恻隐，不会赶尽杀绝。至于前
任老板，先说不写又说可以写也是有恻隐吧，所以你也不要发愁信的事。等回信是最难
熬的，你着急也没用，干脆就别着急了，爱谁谁，天塌不下来。

the available times once I coordinate with the PI's.
You will meet with myself and 3 Investigators.
And I replied:
Dear Dr. xxxxx,
Do you mean an on-site interview?
I will be busy on Monday and Tuesday next week. Any time other than these
2 days next week would work for me.
Thanks again for your consideration.
Your sincerely,

看着木啥问题，有问题也不在这几行字。兴许对方就是忙呢，不一定会一俩小时就回信
的。等一两天很正常。
