Before you know what is really happening do not jump to conclusion.
First of all, few people place order without checking out the manufacturer
Second, Chinese manufacturers expect you to check the goods before shipping
Thirdly, Chinese products usually do not have usable English manual
therefore you are not supposed to know what to do with it unless you are
really expert
Based on the description there is no way they buyer can prove anything wrong
with the seller. I don't see anything wrong with the seller since the goods
are delivered. Many companies close doors due to exchange rate, and it is
not their fault. They are miserable alreay. They should sue USA for forcing
exchange rate change on China. It is quite possible that company closed door
.
I have been trying to source good from China. My most common problem is that
at the final ordering stage the sales person either tell me they actually
did not have the product, could not sell on the same price they quoted
before, or they no longer carry such product.
