因为现在的新单位催太紧了，我考虑到自己的身份问题，想H1B 批准后再开始上班，不
知道大家跳槽的时候是不是都是这么做的呢？
如果没批准就上班了，以后万一被拒，岂不是要失去身份了？

老黑一共也没几个会演戏的，值得一提的一般也就是老Freeman，Samuel L Jackson，
Washington，Will Smith了。
我觉得其中老freeman牛叉很多，Jackson演的角色都一个样，washington本来还能演下
malcom x，自从training day后就一味耍酷了，倒是will smith狂捞票房之外还在老老
实实追求演技。
演hustle & flow那个，叫wallace？ 以前看着不错，现在演来演去，也就能演那种千
篇一律的混混角色而已。
