合同上有这么两条:
EXHIBITION: The bride and groom allow the photographer to exhibit selected
images resulting from this assignment as an example of my
work, for entrance into photographic competitions and to use as sample for
other Bridal Photographic opportunities.
这条是不是说摄影师可以用我们的照片放在他们的网站上给他们的客户当样品看?那如
果我们不想放上去的给公众看,跟摄影师提的话,合适么? 还是说,照片摄影师拍了后,他
们保留所有权益?
MODEL RELEASE: The bride and Groom grants photographer to it's legal
representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use
and publish photographs of the parties or in which the parties or their
family may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other
purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction;
and to copyright the same.
关于这条是不是说我们要把肖像权都交给摄影师了,将来拿我们的照片去做广告也好,交
易也好,都和我们没关系了?
