control panel-> region & language->
advanced tab-> code page conversion table uncheck all chinese font type,
then
language tab -> uncheck install file for east asian language.
there is few option in this configuration, just try and error

Thanks for the information.
I have tried the approac you suggest. But it still does not work (I can
still read chinese using Internet Explore)
Any new idea?
Appreciated.

that one is for some program display chinese menu.
u need to uninstall east asian font. you can find it in control panel->
language & region.

I cannot find the exact place to uninstall east asian font in control panel-
