application always go out of the screen edge# Windows - 看得见风景的窗口

Every thing was fine before I change a new monitor. After that, no matter I
open an software, when I maximum it, the application always go out of the
screen edge. I have to move it back a little bit then I can see the "Maximum
", the "Minimize" and the "close" button in the top right corn.
It is not very convenient. Does anybody have any idea how I can make the "
Maximum" button exactly fitting the edge of screen. Thanks.
