also
i think you should be warned of possibly losing data when you changed the
account status.
log on as admin and search all the users' document and setting. but i am not
very optimistic.

come on you can do it yourself.
just move your documents not any system folders. it does not hurt anything.
if you cannot edit the documents after moving, you can use admin account to
"take ownership" of the documents. it should be ok.
