You should be able to direct insert eps files into word 2000 document. but
I am not 100% sure. If you cannot, get ghostscript and ghostview (google it)
then open your eps file in ghostview and in menu edit->add preview->word metafile
then you insert the new eps file into word, you should be able to see it and
print it with very good quality. Try to avoid using jpg, gif or other format since
they will basically decrease the quanlity when printed.
