No, you don't. Someone may argu you need to buy special video card that is
because most computer only has one AGP slot. If you need to have dual-display
feature, you can plug in a PCI video card which is very cheap those days. My
computer has one AGP video card and one PCI video card, it works great with
two monitors. Windows 2000 may not support such configuration (I haven't
tried that yet), but Windows ME/XP works fine. I am using XP.
