Every time I passed by this group 'mud', I always wonder what it is.
After scanning a few posts, it seems 'mud' is a kind of game? I
consider myself pretty computer-literate, no offence, but I never
heard of 'mud'. If it is really a game, we have an entire board for
one single game? (\faint)
I know this is very silly comments but I can't help but ask you
Da Xia, whatever it means:) Anybody cares to enlight the ignorant
please?

MUD is not only a game but also a virtul society,
for chinese mud, it is more like a WuXia world.
I think if u like Wuxi,u will make fun in mud.
If u want to make a try,i prefer you to play the biggest mud
outside of china --- FengYun.
U can use telnet,or u can http://www.fengyun.com first.
(maybe no www)

It is not a single game, but a type of Computer games. Why not goto
one to take a look? :)
If you have CXterm in unix or other Chinese platform in windows,
just try:
telnet xiyouji.org 6666
(Related info can be found in http://www.xiyouji.org)
It won't take much effort to have a look, but if you really into it,
well, ... :)

Thank you all for answering my question and it helps satisfying my
curiosity now. I took a quick look at the site, but look pretty
chanlleging for me (\\admire you guys). I guess I'll try harder next
time:)
