The new company told me they need to get a LCA (Labor Condition Application)
first b4 file H1 transfer. They started to apply LCA in late May and got it
a couple of days b4. Now they are filing the H1. Seems this needs another
6 weeks. Why it's so slow? It only needed about 3 months to get the H1 (not
the receipt) before the new rule, right?
Another question, if the employer agreed to reserve the salary and pay me
as bonus or overtime after I get the H
