The exams are the same. but each states has their own
requirements
other than the tests. eg, NY requires 2(?) years working
experiences
to get ur CPA, but Delware state needs none working
experience.
I believe NY and CA got tough requirement than other states.
Generally, tests are the same, but to be a CPA depends on
state to state.

I was told CA's requirement is less tougher so even u pass CA exam and get
a license, other states may require more when you apply for a license in other
these states.
