this is not exactly right. employer cannot fire a pregnent employee
using the pregnency as reason. but they can find tons of other reasons.
usual people don't have the money and time to fight with them, to prove
that it was really because of the pregnancy, not the reason given.
another thing is that during the time before and after the delivery, when
the employee has to take time off, she can not not fired during this time.
