最近老板让我帮一American 同事做项目.我很不喜欢那同事, 他其实在技术上没有受过
什么training, but he is very good at stealing other people's idea and 强功.
I really don't want to get involved in this project, I know I will not get
any credit by doing it. My boss is a foreigner, it's obvious that he likes
to please that guy. This is not the first time the boss ask me to do
something and both of them take the whole credit. What should I do now? How
to play 厚黑 with them? I am so tired of being stolen by those people. have
my own projec

I can only discuss the results with these two, then they took the results to
clients or boss' manager.

觉得有点两难.
1)把项目做好,自己不甘心.
2)把项目做砸,老板不高兴.
要不然就把项目做成夹生的?但是又夹生到什么程度呢?还不能让自己的老板瞧出来.
厚黑不容易.

You said sth exactly in my heart. Anyway it's not my project. I am already
fully ocuppied with my own projects. That two are basically technical idiots
. Maybe I can BS with them.

Your boss knows it was your work, right? Then it is good enough for you.
Fighting with your boss for credits would normally hurt yourself more.
