被fire了，没有任何补偿，当场通知走人。
CFO CEO的解释是我和我的新supervisor chemistry不对，新supervisor不想我在他的
team。而这个新supervisor并不是我合同上的那个supervisor。
另外，我用我包里的录音笔录下来和他们的谈话，里面有CFO 说我performance good.

performance. just you two don't get along." HR 送我出来的时候说“It's
unfair. It's done incorrectly。"
我的Email很多都来不及保存。录音可以用作证据吗？

我一般图省事，先微波5分钟，然后再烤一下或者蒸一下，这样里外都熟了。

外面包锡纸了吗？ 先要包住了烤，中间再打开来烤。不过烤炉烤地瓜很费电费时，还
是微波炉比较好，8-10分钟就好了

雇佣关系是at will的。也就是说雇主解雇你并不需要理由。你要求的justice并不存在
。除非你有证据表明他们解雇你是由于非法原因：种族，性别歧视等等，否则你根本没
有case.

Do you know why the supervisor didn't like you?
Law only protects discrimination against a few things such as gender,
national origin, religion etc.
Company can fire an employee for all other reasons though it can be very
unfair.
I don't think any lawer will take you case unless you can provide very good
evidences.

Recording without consent cannot be used in court in many states.
And I cannot see how it would help you much even if it could be used.

楼上说的都对，除非你能证明被炒是因为种族或者性别原因，否则就别想了。
就算你录下来的东西能在法庭上作为证据，对你也毫无帮助，因为"you two don't get
along"已经能作为正当理由了，两人合不来，自然就要走一个，而对方级别又比你高
，这不就是显而易见的事情了么？

工作2个月就走人，是不是算试用期没过？理解楼主的心情，要是我也会很气。但我觉
得不太值得告公司，实在看不出有多大胜算，还是move on吧。

你该知道没有当事人知情，授权下的录音, 是不能在法庭上用的,
而且你这么做本身就有可能是非法的罢?

先保持身份。
可以告他们，但得往歧视上靠，你现在这个理由有可能不行。一般fire一个外国人，一
定可以往歧视上靠拢。有条件就告他们歧视，没有条件创造条件也可以告他们歧视，
尤其是在公司没有掌握你的错误的时候。好的律师可以帮你估计诉讼理由，费用，
以及胜算。这种诉讼，旷日持久，只要你撑的住，公司会非常难受。有些胜诉的，
赔偿数额可观。
只做参考。找个好的律师谈一下是正途，法律事务，这里问不出啥有价值的东西。

另外，近几天还有个fire/layoff的讨论，就在这里。不妨看看。你确定是fire
而不是layoff?
