周四的 “H1B被雷，何去何从” 帖竟上了首页和十大，我真是没有想到。真的非常非
常感谢各位朋友的支持和鼓励。很多朋友安慰我，给我出主意，帮我分析利弊，还有朋
友帮我推荐工作，真的真的很感谢。

经过一番律师咨询和两天的纠结，我和未婚夫最终还是决定从了先转F2，然后再慢慢找
工作的这个最为稳妥且无GAP的做法。于是我们决定把原定于明年5月份的婚期提前到明
天，暂时先在 City Hall 结婚，典礼以后再补办。 有爸妈的支持和朋友的祝福，典礼
和排场如今都不重要了。嗯，现在心情很激动。
昨晚研究在网上 e-Filing I-539 表格，因为觉得这么做可以立刻收到receipt。但是
遇到好几个问题不知道怎么回答。我把有疑问的地方贴在下面了，希望有过 e-file I-
539 的朋友能指点一下。明天晚上就要file了，谢谢大家！！
1.Do you have a Form I-94/I-94W/I-95 Arrival-Departure Record Number OR an
entry stamp in your passport to establish that you entered under the Visa
Waiver Program Electronic System for Travel Authorization?*
Arrival-Departure Record Number : ___这个是填我的I94号码么？
Your Form I-94,I-94W,I-95, or entry stamp placed on your Passport expires on
: ____没有找到I94的expiration date，还需要填么？
2.Are you filing this benefit request for status based on a Principal Alien'
s nonimmigrant status? __这个应该 YES
USCIS Receipt/Case Number: ___丈夫F1，这个怎么填？
3.Principal Alien’s USCIS Account Identifier: __这个是什么号码？
Arrival-Departure Record Number : ___这个是丈夫的I94号码么？
4.Are you, or any other person included in this benefit request currently in
, or, requesting a change to F, M, or J nonimmigrant status? __这yes/no? 不
知是不是只试用于F1？
SEVIS Case Number* ___如果上面回答是，这个我显然没有，难道是旧I-20的SEVIS #？
5.Have you or any person included in this benefit request been employed in
the United States since your or his or her last entry into the United States
or the day of his or her last grant of an extension or change of status?*
___之前是H1B,所以这个显然是YES吧？
