yes, I am sure. I saw those bills and payment. Company need to pay for
premium each year, plus the weekly unemployment payment. State just do the
paper process, the premium is just like to pay for the state process fee.
Health insurance is about the same. most are self insured,which mean
insurance take care the process and we pay for insurance for doing such work
, all the health bill will be deducted from company's bank account.

我知道有的公司就是从不layoff， 只是逼你辞职或fire。
具体是问你，若辞职就给2个月工资，否则fire 立刻没钱，你选。 当然这个2个月工资
就是买你不sue公司的。

有太大把握，比如派别斗争的结果，当然就是逼你辞职啦。
