3月底就要去新公司报道
现在公司的bonus要到3月第一周才发，再给两周notice怎么算也来不及了
如果给个一周半的notice, 是不是就burn the bridge了？
或者在发bonus前就给notice? 这个好像很有可能就拿不到bonus了........

Check your company's policy on Bonus Eligibility.
A lot of time, it does not really require to stay till the bonus
distribution date. but rather a date before that, like the end of fiscal
year, the end of the last pay period.

I am in the same boat. But worse situation than you. Mine starting date with
new company is mid March, and the bonus will not distributed till the
second week of March. I am turning in notice before getting the bonus.

Too simple, too naive,
stay after bonus pay date, or I garantee you that you will be fucked and
regret, it takes 10 seconds for your manager to call HR to cancel your bonus.
There is no honor in capitalism.

continued employment on the day the bonus is paid

Unless you are working in a really small field, I don't see why people
consider "bridge" as such an important thing. What is the chance that you
will go back to the same company AND work for the same boss?

About policy, that is even more bull shit.
Even if based on your company's policy, you will get paid the bonus, if they
want to fuck you by not paying you the bonus, they can simply say we change
the policy. Totally discredtional.

3月第一周到3月底不止2周啊
主要看公司policy 吧。我有两次离职后符合bonus条件的都收到bonus了

汇报一下，昨天交了辞呈。老板反应还算比较正面。明确表示只要我待到下周五，就能
拿到bonus. 希望不会再有变化。这两周准备低头做人。能少接触就少接触。
澄清一下，如果我老板很差，我也不会care that much about not burning the
bridge.

我辞职的时候就没给满2个星期
如果和前公司关系好的话，不会怎么样的，而且2个星期就是courtesy而已。
