刚递完简历，猎头说要我手签一个背景调查的Authotization form, 然后才能和简历一
起送出去. 从没碰到过这种情况。这个Info Cubic Authorization Form 要填特别
private的信息，生日，SSN, DLN, 还有地址。有点不敢给。会有什么问题吗？好像是
个州政府的工作。

submission. After reviewing your resume and background check document then
only hiring manager schedule interview slot.
I am sent you one Info Cubic Authorization Form where you need to take a
print out fill all the details and signed it manually, take a photo/scan
and send it to me. In order to submit your application .
Note: We are directly working with xxx, your sensitive data is very safe and
secure, me and my company xxx Inc assure about this words.

第二个statment出来才进帐的，13号的statment，今天已经显示在里程账户里面了

我4月10号申请的，今天收到卡。
这个50K是不用花费就可以拿的吧？
另外的10K需要3个月之内花$2.5K，是吗？
