Help!! Why my web page cannot be viewed by Netscape?# XML - WWW明日之星

I build a home page using MS Frontpage 2000.
All ok when it is browsed by using MS IE.
But when I use netscape to browse it, There's nothing
but a background picture. Does anyone know the trick here?

Because MS has a lot of MS stuff. Microsoft provides many new HTML tags which
are not standard.
