• Second or final year postgraduate in law from reputable China law school;

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (English is working language);

• Commitment and strong team work;

• Excellent computer skill;

• Have strong willingness to get experience in a global firm;

• Experienc in supporting data compliance projects (e.g. preparing privacy policies, notices and other documents）;

• drafting data mapping questionnaires and gap analysis reports;

• performing personal information protection impact assesments,etc（highly preferred);

• Experience in supporting other advisory, regulatory or compliance work in the TMT sector;

• Interests in following up with latest legal and policy developments in the data protection and cybersecurity areas, and capabilities of preparing updates, client alerts or newsletters with quick turnaround.
