• Support the engine that drives the business by joining the Operations team with the management and preparation of product and supplies into, around and out of the boutique

• Support the selling heads in the boutique by contributing to preparation for client appointments, being the link between the stock room and the shop floor, and maintaining standards in all areas of the boutique

• By acting as an ambassador to the brand, enhance the environment that creates an outstanding experience for both our clients and our colleagues

• Utilise your fresh eyes and curiosity to understand our ways of working, and potentially make suggestions as to small ways we can move the business forward

• By bringing positive energy to the team, make it possible to expedite the timeline of projects and tasks

• The will and desire to learn at pace, on the job, and complete your work to the high standards of the brand

• The courage to ask questions, no matter how small, to ensure your understanding is complete and you are set up for success

• The integrity to flag any worry, concerns or mistakes at the earliest possible moment, so your colleagues and managers can support you in correcting course and delivering to the expectations of the brand
