 Private Credit Analyst Intern

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the selection, market research and feasibility study of investment projects of credit funds in emerging markets;

2. Responsible for credit fund product design, transaction plan design, financial statistical analysis, valuation and return analysis, etc.;

3. Responsible for the construction of investment structure, project delivery, implementation of the operation and reporting of the invested project.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, economics and related disciplines;

2. Self-starter with global vision, strong research and analysis capabilities, able to independently complete investment research; 

3. Strong investment analysis ability, be able to independently complete research reports, and be able to convert investment research into investment opportunities.

 Investor Relations Intern

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain and actively expand institutional investor relationships;

2. Raise capital for equity, credit, venture and real estate funds;

3. Prepare fund introduction materials and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related disciplines;

2. Strong communication and market development abilities.

 Financial Advisor Intern

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Assist investor relations manager in servicing individual investors;

2. Build client base through social network, personal network and marketing events.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in economics ,finance or related disciplines, finance background preferred;

2. 0~2 years of private banking, investment advisor or related experience, personal client base preferred;

 Public Relations Intern

Salary:$15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Manage mainstream financial media relationship, building corporate brand;

2. Manage social media platforms, attracting relevant traffic ;

3. Organize marketing events, converting potential investors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in PR, communications, finance, economics and related disciplines;

2. 0-2 years of relevant experiences.

 Financial Analyst Intern

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

 Accounting Intern

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1.Record financial transactions through multiple sources including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank activity, credit cards, and payroll

2.Prepare consolidated financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data

3.Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

4.Assist in completing all reporting requirements with our third part auditors, administrators and accounting firms

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field

2. 0-2 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping preferably in the financial technology industry

3. Proficiency in Quickbooks, and Microsoft Excel required

4. Strong communication skills, proficient in English and Chinese.
