Private Credit Analyst

Salary: $30-$40/hour

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the selection, market research and feasibility study of investment projects of credit funds in emerging markets;

2. Responsible for credit fund product design, transaction plan design, financial statistical analysis, valuation and return analysis, etc.;

3. Responsible for the construction of investment structure, project delivery, implementation of the operation and reporting of the invested project.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, economics and related disciplines;

2.Selfstarter with global vision, strong research and analysis capabilities, able to independently complete investment research;

3. Strong investment analysis ability, be able to independently complete research reports, and be able to convert investment research into investment opportunities.

Investor Relations Assistant

Salary: $25-$35/hour

Responsibilities

1.Maintain and actively expand institutional and individual investor relationships;

2. Raise capital for equity, credit, venture and real estate funds;

3. Prepare fund introduction materials and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related disciplines;

2.0-1 years of relevant experiences;

3. Experience in USD fundraising, LP resources preferred;

4. Strong communication and market development abilities.

Salary: $15-$20/hour

3. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis;

4. Assist in completing all reporting requirements with our third part auditors, administrators and accounting firms.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines;

2. 1~3 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in finance industry;

3. Proficiency in Quickbooks, and Microsoft Excel required;

4. Strong communication skills, proficient in English and Chinese.
