• Our interns are given the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage.

• You will work on current projects and develop an understanding of our culture, methods and systems by collaborating with a broad range of colleagues in order to provide accurate financial results and insights. 

• The internship is an ideal way of finding out whether a career in Finance meets your needs and aspirations. This program is constructed of 2 rotations across various areas of Finance. Each rotation will provide insight into one of Finance’s many distinct core responsibilities.

• Finance activities in which you could work include: financial and regulatory reporting, treasury and liquidity reporting, maintenance of the firm’s official books and records, as well as any related special projects.

  
  

• We recruit students and graduates who are high performing and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills.They have degrees in many different disciplines.

• We have very comprehensive training programs that will give you all the technical knowledge as well as soft skills you’ll need to build a career with us.

• You should not only be passionate about the world of finance, but also show a keen interest in learning new topics and tools, staying in touch with how advancements in technology and science blend into the world of Finance.

• You should have an appetite towards problem-solving and a growth mindset.

• You already have a record of academic achievement and you’re eager to continue learning at the same intensive rate. 

• You’ll thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking.

• Please note that you must be in your penultimate year of study to apply for our 2023 Summer Internship Programme (eg graduating in 2024)
