• The Summer Analyst Program is for 10 weeks, consisting of rotations in various trading, sales or product desks within Citi Markets.

• You will also attend various networking events that will give you exposure to both junior and senior level professionals.

• The networks built through the summer analyst program will continue to act as a resource throughout your career at Citi.

• Our summer program is a pipeline into our full-time Analyst program.

• You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2023 - June 2024) and have superior academic performance at a top academic institution;with the following skills and attributes:

• 3.3 minimum GPA or equivalent preferred

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills 

• Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

• Strong understanding of the global economic landscape

• Has keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in Sales and Trading

• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Adapts to changes in a rapid-growth organization

• Exhibits leadership potential - a self-starter

• Being a team player - willingness to contribute to collective goals
