• Assist in marketing, business development, client pitching, and execution of assignment/projects;

• Design and creation of management presentations and marketing materials;

• Construct financial models, company valuations and merger and acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysis;

• Assist in the preparation of offering memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations;

• Assist in researching potential buyers/investors and following market trends;

• Gather industry, regulatory and economic information, company financial statements, periodicals and publications in order to extract relevant data on financial histories for the forecasting of future potentials;

• Support due diligence processes;

• Assist the project team in managing day-to-day logistics pf project execution;

• Such other customary duties as assigned from time to time by more senior investment bankers.

• Results driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines

• Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data.

• Proven team player who is able to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clients

• Strong multi-tasking skills

• Strong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must) and financial reporting skills

• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is strongly desired
